The second variety is pink from the outside to the inside. Compared to white flesh dragon fruit, the pink one  is much  more appealing. Pink dragon fruit is sweeter. The pink dragon fruit is refreshing and tastes a bit like melon with a hint of kiwi fruit. Because of its beautiful pinkish tint, pink dragon fruit is frequently used in drinks, smoothies, and salad. Even without any added sugar or sweetener, this dragon fruit is one of Asia’s most popular sweets. Simply cut it in half and consume the meat with a spoon.
